Just sold our house through Marty and the team at Village. They did a tremendous job, put in a great deal of work and made it very easy. As a salesperson myself, I can spot a good operator and Marty is excellent. Naturally we got a positive outcome with minimal fuss and very quickly too.

Anthony, Marty and the team did such a great job in the sale of our home. We were impressed by their passion and creativity in the seeing the potential for a range of buyers and helping the buyers realise how the house could meet their needs. It was wonderful.
In particular, Anthony's work on the last sale day to help achieve a very handsome outcome for us is so greatly appreciated.
We recommend Village to others who are considering selling because the experience (and outcome) has been so positive for us. We are also impressed by the way in which Marty is leading and developing his young team to be good and ethical agents.

Marty, Anthony and the team at V!llage worked really hard to get us a fabulous result for the sale of our apartment. From the start the sales process was explained in a clear and jargon-free manner so we knew what to expect every step of the way. It was the first time we'd sold a property so it was nice to have great support to make it as stress-free as possible. We would highly recommend Village. They are at the top of their game.

Marty, Huss and the Village Team were awesome to work with when we sold our home. Marty and Huss' relaxed, straightforward approach took all of the stress out of the process. They were a great help in getting our house ready for sale and we knew where we stood throughout the whole campaign. We had complete trust in Marty and Huss and were delighted at auction day. All of the pressure was taken off us at the auction as the guys without ties went to work, only coming to us when they knew we would be happy with the price. We would highly recommend the team at Village to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Marty and his team at village made the experience of selling our house so much easier. Marty's honesty and advice in every step and seeing first hand the 110% he put in from preparation advice, to auction day was first class. I cant recommend Village enough! I've sold 3 other homes over the years I only wish the previous choices in Agencies we made were half as proffessional and fantastic to deal with as Marty and the team at Village.
Thanks for the great result and at making a difficult process so much easier. I wouldnt recommend any other agency in the Inner west, Village has to be the best in my opinion for value and great service and excellent communication every step of the way.

We were really pleased with Marty's efforts in selling our home. We sold prior to auction at a price we were happy with, and Marty even provided advice on our next purchase even though it wasn't a property being sold through Village. It would be difficult to find an agent locally who knows as much about the area, and we appreciated that the agents from Village were very down to earth. Highly recommended.

We sold our house through Marty and Huss at Village Real Estate and it was a superior experience to any other real estate that we have ever used (and we've bought and sold a few times). So when we found a home that ticked all our boxes, we were well pleased that Marty and the Village team were selling the property. Marty is the ultimate professional. He knows everything about the home and land as well as the neighbourhood. His insights into the area were instrumental in helping us shape our offer. Whilst his knowledge is first class, he also knows where the line is between over-servicing and giving you space. He also suggested qualified homes based on our criteria and not based on his own desire or agenda to move a house. If you're thinking real estate then these guys are first class.
