Tony Fanfulla

A career real estate agent Tony has worked around the diverse markets within Yarra Ranges for the past 15 years. Living in the area for 22 years and having sold over 1000 properties throughout the Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges he prides himself on achieving the best possible price for his vendors.

A fully licensed agent Tony has a wealth of experience having been a partner in Bells' Belgrave and Olinda offices for several years and operated many of his own businesses over the past 25 years. His real estate career has been through the downturn of the 90s, the boom of the early 2000s and the recent GFC and market fluctuations. All the way through his philosophy of perseverance, professionalism and empathy have seen him attain many personal successes and awards. 

A passion for family Tony lives in a home he loves with his wife and three children aged 16, 10 and 8, plus has his mother living in a cottage in the back. With a menagerie of animals and the demands of kids there's always something to do in his busy household.

The move to the Bell group of offices at Yarra Junction, Woori Yallock and Warburton as Sales Manager was a choice made for the long term in line with his love for the Yarra Valley and with his family's best interests at heart. Tony is excited by the challenge of assisting with the growth of the Bell company in the new age of technology something that Tony has been at the forefront of since the mid 90s.
