RP Data April Update

In RP Data’s update on Australian housing market conditions for April 2014, Tim Lawless provides the latest housing data at a macro level as well as a breakdown for each major capital city. Capital city dwelling values posted a 2.3% jump over the month of March, while every capital city recorded a month-on-month rise in dwelling values.
