Jarrod has grown up in Upwey and has great knowledge of the area and a real passion for the area, which he made very clear to us. Jarrod could answer all questions we had very comfortably and competently! We cannot emphasise enough how impressed we were with the level of communication from Jarrod. Jarrod followed up with every single person who came to inspections and honestly and openly communicated the feedback to us, which we feel was so important in leading to a sale. We inspected many homes when searching for our next home and were so surprised that none of the agents for these homes followed us up after we had looked at them. Not only did Jarrod follow up with inspectors but he clearly communicated their feedback to us (the vendors). This was instrumental in securing the sale of our property. Jarrod has excellent negotiation skills. He created competition between 2 interested parties to get us the best possible price. We were very happy with the outcome.
