Braybrook is an up and coming suburb in Melbourne's west, located only twenty minutes from the city centre. Once full of factory sites, development has made the area attractive to first home buyers. Immigrants are also drawn to educational facilities such as the Western English Language Centre.
The Braybrook Community Centre is a fabulous modern resource catering to the western suburbs. It features a healthcare centre, childcare facilities, rooms for hire and a community garden. An aviation themed shopping centre called Central West Plaza (built on the grounds of a former RAAF base) offers something a little different on Ashley Street, while West Footscray's bustling markets are also close at hand.

Six bus routes offer transport to surrounding suburbs. Tyabb and Sunshine railway stations are both conveniently close for train travel into the city.
