John Manning

The first thing you notice when you meet John Manning is his enormous smile. The Associate Director of hockingstuart St Kilda is bursting with an enthusiasm that's truly infectious. "I've got every reason to be happy. I clocked up ten years with hockingstuart in 2006 and it still remains a great pleasure to be part of a fantastic office in a fantastic network."

When you discover John's passions are the beach and the outdoors, you begin to understand why he loves his job, St Kilda, and Elwood so much. "I'm never stuck behind a desk. I can get out and meet clients and every day offers something different. Then after work I can go for a run along the foreshore and have a dip in the bay."

John's enthusiasm extends to his praise of hockingstuart's technological advantages over other networks. "We're several steps ahead when it comes to marketing a property in the online world. We understand that the buyers with the money are tech savvy. And we've really refined our methods of reaching them."

John lives in the area with his partner Claire, little boy Hugo, and baby girl Holly. He can often be seen jogging on St Kilda Foreshore.
