Richard has worked in commerce and industry for over 25 years. Originally trained in accountancy and later branching out into the field of general management he has amassed broad business experience. This has proved invaluable in real estate role where a skilled negotiator with a professional background is essential.

Appreciating that selling a property or buying a home is likely to be the single most substantial decision to be made in a lifetime, Richard commits to communicating precise information regarding each parties requirements or expectations in every transaction. Whether that is in the form of assessing and agreeing an optimum listing price at which to introduce a property to the market or negotiating with vendor and buyer through to the conclusion of a contract.

An approachable person, Richard is energetic and self-motivated. All matters are handled efficiently and professionally at all times.

Richard is married with two children, lives in Warrandyte and enjoys long distance running, tennis and cricket.
