"I've seen lots of change in real estate over the course of 30 years," Brett says. "Having worked through the difficult markets of the late 80s and early 90s I'm very aware of the challenges clients face when conditions are flat, but thankfully I also know how to work through it to make sure we end up with the best result possible."
