Back at a time when no resort existed, no shops or schools could be found and homes were more scarce than paddocks, we had a vision of a greater community, a growing infrastructure and large scale residential development. Since the launch of Sanctuary Lakes Resort in 1997 we have been actively involved in the growth of our area.

The opening of the Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre in early 2002 enabled us to establish a real estate business dedicated to providing real estate services to clients who wish to buy, sell or lease in Point Cook and Seabrook. Since then the team has grown to nearly 20 people involved in the sale and leasing of residential property in Point Cook.

We are proud of our suburb and gain immense satisfaction from achieving record-breaking prices for our vendors. We will continue to set the mark. We understand that Point Cook Real Estate will only maintain its market share (which currently exceeds 600f all sales within Point Cook and Seabrook) by continuing to provide the best possible real estate service.
