Adam Joske

If there is one thing Adam loves and knows more than property, it's people. Walk down the street with him and he is bound to stop to say hello to someone he knows. His wife Audrey says this can happen practically anywhere in the world.

Now in his 18th year at Gary Peer, Adam is still breaking real estate records. He credits this to having a fantastic team around him, consisting of his buyer specialist, and his business administration manager.

In 2011, Adam was involved in almost 100 property sales totalling more than $80 million, a result that continues to place him among the top real estate performers of the country. In 2012, Real Estate Business Magazine ranked Adam 13th in their study of Australia's Top 100 agents, and named him at number 4 in Victoria.

Also this year, he was once again named a finalist for the Residential Salesperson of the Year award at the REIV Awards for Excellence, and he is now regularly being invited to speak and train other sales teams across the country, particularly on buyer and seller database management.

Born, bred and currently living in the local area, Adam has proved year after year that with him by their side, his clientele will receive unparalleled results through any property transaction. He believes the key elements for any successful real estate agent are to be incredibly organised and systemised, as well as having a high level of excitement, which only comes from genuinely loving what you do.

In his off-time, Adam is a mad sports enthusiast. Whether watching or participating, he is actively involved in a variety of pursuits ranging from trekking some of the world's most challenging climbs, to cycling and martial arts. Adam loves to keep a fit and healthy mind and body. This is of course, in the rare moments that he is not spending time with Audrey and their three beautiful children, Oliver, 9, Layla, 7, and Gisele, 4. Just as well he enjoys a challenge...
