Tim Jones

A Beaumaris resident for 26 years, Tim Jones was a savvy observer of Bayside real estate even before becoming a sales consultant with hockingstuart. “I've renovated and sold a number of local properties; that's how I came in contact with, and developed a healthy respect for hockingstuart.”

While Tim has an intimate, hands-on knowledge of bayside real estate, he knows the area's sporting fields even better. A top level sportsman, Tim played VFA football for Frankston, amateur football with Old Melburnians (A Grade) and district cricket with St Kilda. With local club Beaumaris he won three football premierships and five cricket premierships and is now coaching junior footy. “It's great to give something back to a community that's given me so much,” says Tim.
