Tim Penhalluriack

Tim grew up in Surrey Hills and attended local schools including Mont Albert Primary and Balwyn High School. He possesses a thorough knowledge and understanding of the local property market, and is very familiar with the eastern suburbs.

Tim is dedicated to the service of his clients and he is committed to offering them the highest standard possible. He believes that communication is one of the most important factors in successful relationships: "listening carefully to my clients' needs and expectations is vital."

Tim is married to his wife Lydia and is father to two great boys, Zachariah, 4, and Matthew, 1. In his spare time Tim loves to play golf and go to the gym.
