Oliver specialises in selling prestige property in the City of Port Phillip and the upper end of the surrounding suburbs. With a lifetime of experience in the local property market and having grown up in Albert Park, Oliver prides himself on achieving the best results for his clients. An accomplished auctioneer, an astute negotiator and a personable individual, he has the skill set to provide professional management of every stage of the selling process.
Having attended Melbourne Grammar School and initially embarking on a career in international trade, it was shortly after that Oliver found his passion for property and service commitment. "My father is an architect and my mother a valuer, I believe I was destined for real estate!"
Oliver enjoys selling architecturally significant and landmark properties. Oliver has worked with the Robin Boyd Foundation in marketing Boyd's Walsh Street South Yarra property, selling the Boyd Baker House in Bacchus Marsh and selling the Boyd McClune House on the Mornington Peninsula. More recently, he achieved a sensational price of $6,620,000 when 30 St Vincent Place North, Albert Park was sold.
When not listing and selling, he enjoys spending time with his wife Tina and daughters 2 year old Leila and 1 year old Zoe, and keeping fit with early morning bike rides, kite surfing, running along Beaconsfield Parade and snowboarding.
