Passion, drive and an extraordinary work ethic defined Jason Swift when he was a jockey.
The same qualities that brought success on the track shine through today in his role as director of the dynamic team at Hodges Mentone. Jason’s work ethic was honed from a tender age. Inspired by his famous grandfather, racing legend Scobie Breasley, Jason had his first race at 13, in Barbados. He rode more than 100 winners in a career that spanned the globe from his native England to California, Dubai and Australia.
A fully licensed real estate agent, he rapidly established a reputation as a consummate professional. Jason is recognised as an outstanding auctioneer. His bold, theatrical style and the ability to achieve record prices has gained him a local following.
“I want to be able to look the vendor in the eye and hear: ‘That was a great experience’,” he says.
Jason has lived in Bayside for two decades. He loves a round of golf and is a keen supporter of Arsenal.
