Kon Mantzis

Kon Mantzis has been working in finance for seven years. He has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking). Before working in finance, Kon worked with the ANZ for five years.

KM Finance is unique as it only works with property investors, encompassing residential, commercial and self-managed super funds, and therefore has a detailed understanding of what investors need in a loan. They ensure that investors have a loan structure that saves tax, maximises cash flow and keeps investments safe. KM Finance identify regions and suburbs with capital growth potential and also offer investors an ongoing annual review of their loans.

Kon is an AFL fan and tries and not to look continually defeated as a long suffering Melbourne Football Club supporter. He also enjoys cooking and fitness.
