Janusz (pronounced ‘Yarnush’) has lived most of his grown up life in Melbourne since relocating from Europe. The experience of running successful business ventures allowed him to develop valuable business and marketing skills and his passion for real estate propelled him to become a Licensed Estate Agent.
Armed with sharp intellect, well honed people and communication skills and several languages including English, Italian, Russian, Polish, German and some Mandarin, today Janusz is a CEO with rolled up sleeves. Everything that Janusz said he would do, he did, and on time. Preceding the auction date I attended local agent’s auctions to gauge what a reasonable price for my home would be. Janusz, an out-of-area agent, negotiated a pre-auction offer well in excess of the local sales results, and then negotiated a still better offer from the same buyer. Knowing that Janusz had the skills, a few weeks later I asked him to negotiate on my behalf the purchase price on a property I had in mind to buy. That too was a good result and I highly recommend Janusz as the agent for any real estate transactions.

Despite difficult market, Janusz sold seven (7) of our properties, across different suburbs and different price ranges, from investment units to luxury residences. At first we were apprehensive choosing an ‘All Areas’ agent who had no local profile. We soon found out that Janusz’s structured professional effort and marketing, relentless persistence and expert salesmanship paid off, each time he negotiated prices exceeding the valuations of the ‘local’ agents. Janusz put his heart and soul into the marketing of our properties and provided us with unmistakably genuine care.
