After entering the real estate industry in 2004, Jamie has never looked back. It is his passion, he lives and breathes it, and he has an in-depth structural knowledge of property due to his wealth of experience in the building industry. Jamie has grown up in the Mornington Peninsula area and has a firm understanding of surrounding suburbs.
"I've come from a sales and service background, running a very successful family business dealing with top-end companies. In the real estate industry, I'm able to translate that experience into providing for my clients  – who are typically families searching for their dream home," Jamie explained.
Beyond the office, Jamie can be found spending his free time with his family, doing stuff around the home and having an occasional hit of golf. Besides all that, he is a fully licensed real estate agent and is always learning to improve himself so he can service you better.

We have found Jamie's approach to be very friendly and professional. Having had a pleasant experience with Jamie 5 years ago when he sold us our first home, we had no hesitation in asking him to sell the same home for us when we upgraded recently. During the past 5 years Jamie has kept in touch with us via regular newsletters and we felt that his communication was outstanding. Jamie is a man of high integrity and has the skills to get the job done.

I first met Jamie Universita in 2006 when I chose him to sell my home in Langwarrin. I was very impressed with Jamie’s expertise and my sale went through smoothly and on target. It’s no wonder I chose him again when I wanted to sell my other property in 2009. Upon meeting Jamie again after a 2 year gap it was obvious he had progressed in his career and was a true professional in every sense of the word. It’s not just the sale to Jamie it’s the whole package, he is indeed a man of great integrity and will do the right thing which makes him stand out in the industry. Once again my home was sold as planned to target and on time. I have recommended Jamie Universita to many of my friends and colleagues who have later thanked me for sending him their way. Dealing with Jamie was so easy. His professional approach and constant communication was a credit to him. His advice on preparing the property for sale was invaluable and what more can you say when he sold our place in one week and for 25k more than we had expected. His advice and knowledge on all aspects of the sale were first class. I can`t recommend him highly enough. He did everything he said he would, and more. If he didn`t answer his phone he would ALWAYS return my call within 15 mins. I`ve dealt with RE Agents before, Jamie breaks the mould.

Jamie sold our second home for us last year. After the sale of our first home which was nothing short of a nightmare thanks to incompetent agents, we were very nervous about the sale of our second house. Jamie put all of those concerns aside with his professional manner, industry knowledge and a personal touch to his work. He went out of his way to ensure we knew what was happening at all times and got us a great price in a tough market. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Previously after having a bad experience with two other real estate agents, I was hesitant to go to another to sell my home. But - right from the word go, Jamie was honest and upfront about my expectations and the current market. I felt comfortable that I was making the right decision to ask Jamie to sell my home.
He went through what was going to happen, and explained the process and what it meant, I was always informed when there was going to be inspections and there were no surprise visits.
Jamie had always kept in touch with me and gave me feedback ( good and bad ) about comments that were made about my home. He had suggested things to help improve my chances of selling to the right person.
At times it was a struggle for me as the market was very slow at the time, but Jamie was always available to speak to and re assured me of my concerns, this always made me feel at ease.
