His long term contact with previous buyers and sellers has resulted in him gaining a reputation of being approachable and working with his clients' on an individual level, no matter what their circumstance.
His married and family life plays a huge role in his success, so too does his cherished days on the green with his golf clubs, his passion for good food and wine and just the social element of simple chatter with his friends, connections and peers that make Chris so charismatic and easy to relate to.
