Living locally with her husband and having a vested interest in the area, Liz is determined to leave no stone unturned in her quest to achieve the very best for her clients.
Liz's communication and organisational skills marry well with her exceptionally high levels of energy. Liz has a dynamic personality and in a short period of time, her career has been fast tracked with achievements including her appointment as sales manager in 2010 and more recently becoming a partner in 2011.
Liz was educated at Wesley College and experience in the fashion industry early in her career has given her an expert eye for detail. In her spare time, Liz enjoys keeping fit, spending time with her husband, friends and family and shopping locally. Liz spends as much time as she can with her border collies, Bodie and Indy, walking around Chelsworth Park and local parklands.

I have sold quite a few properties over the last 10 years and having Liz Walker sell our property in Ivanhoe was the best experience of all. Her commitment, dedication and communication throughout the entire process is outstanding, not to mention the result she got for us. Liz and her team were a pleasure to work with. Their level of professionalism and knowledge of the area was remarkable. Liz made sure we were kept up to date with enquiries and always provided us with sound advice and options. The expertise and commitment to the sale of our house was evident from the word go. And even after the sale regular contact was continued. If I had to do it all again Liz (Nelson Alexander Ivanhoe) would be my first port of call.

Recently I had property sold by Liz and was so pleased with the whole experience. Liz impressed from our initial contact and throughout entire sales process with her honesty, openness and active listening to my wishes. Her communications are clear and thorough, and always warm and friendly. Liz articulated the sales program in detail to ensure my agreement at each stage esp. expectations and regularly briefed me on the progress. She took responsibility and was accountable if anything was not exactly right for her; that was refreshing to be sure. Completely professional and so knowledgeable of the market, contributing insights and terrific ideas along the way. Works very hard and long, with genuine persistence and focus on results to the very end of the campaign. Liz as a person, is so energetic and truly enthusiastic about her job and constantly strives to ensure her client is 100% satisfied. Liz has a truly loyal client in me now.
