A lifetime Ivanhoe resident, David knows Banyule like the back of his hand. Since cutting his real estate teeth in the challenging inner city market in the 1990s, David soon moved closer to home focusing his local area knowledge, natural drive and enthusiasm to carve out an enviable reputation as a mature agent of honesty and integrity.

It is no coincidence that so many of David’s clients are repeat and referral customers, a fact David attributes to honed negotiation skills, of always giving sound advice, and a policy of treating the sale of every property large or small as if it were his own.
