Peter Konidaris

Ask Peter anything about Bayside, he has been a resident all his life. As a result, he has a desire for seeing constant improvement and capital growth around the area. He is an expert on the area’s unique culture, its infrastructure, and the benefits of the lifestyle it offers.

With qualifications and experience in accounting (“seven years of number crunching”), Peter decided to start his own bookkeeping business. After plenty of hands-on work with tax-related property transactions, Peter decided to make the move into real estate, following in his father’s footsteps who had a successful real estate career spanning more than 40 years.

A sportsman and a passionate classical and blues guitarist, Peter loves to compose music in his spare time. His other passion is footy and the Richmond Tigers (but don’t get him started on that topic!)
