With nine successful years in the industry under his belt, David says that one of his greatest achievements has been establishing himself, and Nelson Alexander, as market leaders in the fast growing suburb of Gowanbrae. "Because of our strong established presence in Essendon we've been able to attract a number of buyers to its thriving and popular neighbour, Gowanbrae," says David.

A fully licensed estate agent and auctioneer, David previously had an accomplished career in hotel management - he was employed by the Hyatt Corporation in Chicago and Melbourne. His move into real estate has proven equally successful - David has sold more than 500 properties, both family homes and townhouses, with many of these located in the Gowanbrae Estate.

David is actively involved in the Gowanbrae community and is a sponsor of several charities and groups, including the Gowanbrae Play Group.
