Bill is a licensed estate agent with a wealth of local real estate experience. He's passionate about his job and takes pride in working hard and achieving the very best results for his vendors. He takes a dynamic approach to marketing and employs quality staff to ensure his clients receive the best service possible. "We try to do things differently here," he says. Bill is an accredited auctioneer. He conducted his first auction in 1985 and more than 3,500 since. He has been a finalist at the senior auctioneers' competition for Barry Plant, which was independently judged by other leading auctioneers, ultimately winning the Auctioneer of the Year Award 2007. As a result of his experience and innovative approach, he has achieved benchmark prices throughout the City of Moonee Valley on a regular basis. His expertise in negotiating for his vendors whether by auction, private sale or sale by set date really stands out.

Bill also likes to give back to the community. He is available for fundraising and charity auctions and supports the local community through the Barry Plant Bear Kids' Club and the supply of complimentary promotional boards.
