Bill Stavrakis

A real estate professional since 1987 with a multitude of REIV approved courses under his belt, Bill Stavrakis is in tune with the fast pace of the property market. So in tune, in fact, that he fast became one of the industry's youngest managers within just 5 years, before striking out on his own to establish Biggin & Scott's Elsternwick office in 2003.

Today, Bill retains the passion that first bought him to property sales. "Every day brings a new property and a new challenge, but we never lose sight of the fact that we are helping people realise their dreams and ambitions" he says. "...and nothing beats the thrill of a successful auction day."

Born, bred and schooled in Elsternwick and neighbouring suburbs, Bill has progressed through four homes in the area and understands exactly what it is that draws home buyers, investors and tenants to this real estate hot spot. So whether it's morning coffee from the Pound or a movie at the Classic, Bill is keen to share his enthusiasm!
