When Paul May first started in real estate, he didn't look at it as a job, but as a career. He focused a lot of time trying to give to his clients the best possible service and results. He wanted to build up a good name for himself so he could stay in the industry for a long time. He decided to better himself within the industry by completing his full agent's license. So you don't just employ an agent's representative, you employ a fully licensed estate agent.
Paul has been working as a real estate agent in Cranbourne since 2004. He has built up a reputation as an honest and helpful sales consultant and due to this; he has built up a good database of return and referal clients.
He joined the team at Ray White Cranbourne in July 2009 and as a result of their training, combined with what he already had learnt working in the industry, he has recently become one of the top 50 agents throughout the Ray White Group in Victoria/Tasmania. This is a fantastic achievement. His next goal is the top 20.
When Ray White Cranbourne hires sales consultants, they employ them as area specialists. Paul's main focus area is Cranbourne East. He spends most of his time working in The Brindalee Estate, The Hunt Club Estate and most recently in The Cascades on Clyde Estate.
Paul is married with four children and has lived in the area since 1994. He likes nothing more than to spend his spare time being surrounded by them, whether it is movie night on a Friday evening, or at the local park with his kids and a football, or even grabbing the chance to spend an occasional Sunday afternoon with his wife Joanne at a winery.
