Not only is Simon a much sought after inner city Auctioneer, he is also commended as the number one salesperson from the Clifton Hill office for the 2009/2010 financial year.

With seventeen years of experience in the industry, Simon's approach to real estate is one where long term relationships with clients are the focus. Simon's energy and openness combined with excellent skills and a dedicated work ethic set him apart from other agents; it's no surprise he enjoys a high rate of repeat and referral business.

Simon has sold hundreds of properties under the hammer and has competed in various auction competitions. His expertise with a gavel has him in high demand for charity galas for organisations including The Press Club Group, the Fred Hollows and Asthma Foundations; along with not-for-profits such as The Song Room, which deliver music and arts programs to disadvantaged children. He is also involved with local fundraising activity for Collingwood College and has ties to his old high school, Trinity Grammar.
