Elza began her Real Estate career with Noel Jones in 1988, rising rapidly to become sales person of the year and a member of the prestigious Noel Jones 10 million dollar club. In 1993, Elza opened the office of Noel Jones Real Estate in Caulfield.

Elza is the Director and Proprietor of a thriving, successful business, proving that with courage, ambition, determination and great sense of humour, you really can achieve your goals. She enjoys a high profile within the industry and with-in the Caulfield community.
