Terry Alderman

Terry Alderman, CEA (REIV) joined Century 21 in 2004 and has since achieved excellent results for numerous vendors and purchasers in the area. He has been regularly recognized by his peers for his achievements and has been the recipient of an extensive range of Century 21 performance awards, and has also received many personal testimonials from his clients for his sales achievements.

During 2006 he undertook the Real Estate Full Licence Course conducted by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and was granted his estate agent's licence in February 2007.

At the 2007 Victorian Annual Awards ceremony Terry received the prestigious "CENTURION" Producer Award placing him in the International Top 20f all of our salespeople. This award is a symbol of excellence earned only by an elite group of salespeople worldwide. It is based on the number and value of sales over a 12 month period and is presented to a few selected high achieving salespeople each year.

In 2010 he was appointed as manager of the Patterson Lakes office where he heads up a team of enthusiastic agents that share his ethical standards.

Terry attributes his success to his honest straightforward approach, his negotiation skills coupled with an astute understanding of client needs. He has excellent communication skills and provides a very professional approach in all of his dealings. His ethical and service standards have been described as second to none.
