I would like to express my appreciation to Noel Jones Blackburn for the very successful sale of our property, which was completed well within my time frame and achieved an excellent result. The huge decision to sell the family home of 32 years was made easier with the professional advice and marketing submission presented by Rohan. Without question my expectations were high on all levels: service, communication, experience, auction skills and of course outcome. Rohan, Jennifer and the rest of the team had a continual commitment to providing me with outstanding service and their integrity at all times could never be questioned. Rohan made the entire experience stress free and totally satisfying. The auction skills shown by Rohan on the day exemplified his ability to adapt to any situation he faced, and the outcome was well above our expectations! When we decided to sell our property and buy another house we were looking for an experienced real estate agent who was honest and trustworthy, an agent who provided reliable service and delivered on their promise of selling our property for a good price. When we met with Rohan Calder we instantly liked him. He was experienced, professional, knowledgeable and presented a strong portfolio of sales at auction. We quickly nicknamed him “the Asset†as he was such a valuable resource to have in our corner. During the sale process Rohan provided outstanding service, communicating regularly with us about what was happening. The auction skills shown by Rohan on the day were exemplary and the outcome was very pleasing. In the purchase of our new home, Rohan listened carefully to the type of home we were looking for and was able to locate the ideal property in a matter of weeks. Our dealings with Rohan have been so positive that we would insist on utilising his services in all future real estate transactions.

We were attracted to the Noel Jones brand because of their high profile in the area, and the great colour scheme and style of their boards. Upon contact to arrange an appraisal we spoke to Rohan Calder who made an appointment to view the investment property we wanted to sell. Rohan came out immaculately dressed, and presented extremely well. His explanation of the procedures and the best way to market the property were easy to understand and made a lot of sense. We decided to go with Noel Jones Blackburn and did not seek another appraisal. Terms were explained and agreed, and then the marketing campaign commenced and went extremely well with good numbers attending all open for inspections. An auction date was nominated and an informative board erected at the property. The auction was well attended and the property sold at the higher end of the range indicated by Rohan. His professionalism showed through and we highly recommend him and the Noel Jones Blackburn Team
