James Nicol

James Nicol has literally been around real estate his whole life. Indeed you could say he grew up in the industry. His mum was a real estate agent and his grandfather was a real estate developer. James himself pursued a successful career as an auctioneer before moving into sales at hockingstuart Ballarat. Optimistic and determined, James has ambitions to achieve the area's top sales figures within two years.

Originally from Melbourne, James and wife Fran were looking to make a tree change and fell in love with Ballarat almost instantly. "We drove up from Melbourne one Sunday and bought the first house we saw." James and Fran chose Ballarat because of the healthy environment it offers families. "We have a huge backyard where our boys will be able to kick the footy and play some backyard cricket!"
